"Doongara" is a 36' Steber Commercial, in full 2C and 3C survey for both Charter fishing and commercial fishing. The vessel is licensed to carry up to 10 passengers and holds a current Safety Management Certificate of compliance issued by "Marine and Safety Tasmania". The vessel is powered by a single Volvo Penta Diesel engine, with crusing speed of around 18 knots, and a top speed of 24 knots. The boat is fully equipped with all mandatory safety equipment, navigational and fish finding aids, extensive electronics, and has 2 berths, galley with cooking facilities, fresh water, and marine toilet. The vessel has two steering and control stations, and also has a wet well and ice room installed below deck.
